The Home Storage Center (cannery) is open Saturdays from 8:00-12:00. Walk-ins are welcome at that time to pick up bulk items and canning supplies. There is not a limit on the bulk items at this time.

Free classes are offered every Monday from 9:30 - 11:30. They are held in the Wet Pack Training room of the Mesa Cannery. Everyone is welcome. No sign up or registrations is necessary. There is no charge for the classes. The classes are based on the church pamphlet of building a three month supply of food.
A portable canner may be borrowed from the cannery or from your stake canning specialist.
